Delete your LURDIQ account

LURDIQ (by Daniela Rost) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open LURDIQ and go to Settings
- Select Account → Delete account
- Confirm. Your account and all cloud data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
Send a message to hello@lurdiq.com, ideally from the address linked to your sign-in. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account (Firebase Authentication: user ID, email address, display name)
- Your cloud data (game progress, scores, leaderboard entries)
- The purchase-restore mapping (RevenueCat app user ID)
Purchases themselves remain in your Google or Apple account and can be restored if you create a new account later. Locally stored progress on your device is unaffected — you can remove it by uninstalling the app. Details: Privacy Policy.
LURDIQ-Konto löschen (Deutsch)
Du kannst dein LURDIQ-Konto samt aller Daten jederzeit löschen — direkt in der App unter Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen (sofortige Löschung) oder per formloser E-Mail an hello@lurdiq.com (Löschung innerhalb von 30 Tagen, Bestätigung per E-Mail). Gelöscht werden dein Konto (User-ID, E-Mail, Anzeigename), deine Cloud-Daten (Fortschritt, Punktzahlen, Bestenlisten) und die Kauf-Wiederherstellungs-Zuordnung.
